  • Customer Quality Issues

    • Communicate the issue to all : ICA : PCA
    • Until action implementation inspection activities will be recorded in ICA with Commitment mark.
    • As per defined procedure

  • Customer end issues (Defect wise) @ Final inspection

    • Stop the final inspection
    • Immediately revisit the action plan
    • New action plan validation
    • Finally conclude the solution of the issue and start  the final inspection

  • Repeated issues @ Final inspection

    • Stop the final inspection
    • Immediately revisit the action plan
    • New action plan validation
    • Finally conclude the solution of the issue and start  the final inspection

  • New issues @ Final inspection

    • Discussion based on the issues in RP Area @ 11.00am
    • MOM will be recorded for the new issues
    • If required, action plan will be prepared and discuss in next day.

  • In process Quality issues

    • Discuses in RP meeting @ 11.00AM
    • Top one Quantity wise quality issue / Block will be identified.
    • Make action plan and next day discussion  @ RP Meeting.
    • Effectiveness of weekly action plan will be submitted to top management to discuss in weekly meeting  (Monday – 2pm)
